Part 1: basis and explanation
1. The Feed Boss website is a global marketplace composed of buyers and sellers (collectively, "Users") from countries around the world. In order to ensure the safety of all users and to maintain an orderly market in accordance with all applicable and relevant local laws and regulations, not all categories of products may be displayed on the Feed Boss website.
2. In addition to prohibiting and restricting the listing of products that are strictly regulated or completely prohibited by regulations, the main display of feed additives or machinery and equipment related to animal husbandry

Users are encouraged to keep an eye on the notices posted in order to better understand whether a product is available on the Feed Boss website.
5. In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity or conflict between the content of this Product Listing Policy and the terms, conditions or content of any other document (including any other language version of this Policy) applicable to the use of the Website, the English language version and the sole discretion of the Website shall prevail.

The Feed Boss website expressly prohibits the listing or sale of the following items:
(a) All narcotic drugs, sedatives, psychotropic substances, natural drugs, synthetic drugs, steroids, drugs containing prohibited substances and other controlled substances;

5. Items issued by governments, law enforcement and the military
7. Pornographic, violent, vulgar and obscene materials
7. Circumvention devices and other equipment used for illegal purposes
8. Illegal services and products obtained by illegal means
9. Collections, artifacts and precious metals
10. Human body parts, human remains and protected flora and fauna
11. Offensive materials and information that harm national security
12. Tobacco products
13. Gambling equipment
14. Substandard or nonconforming products in violation of applicable laws and regulations
15. Controversial products contrary to social morality, public order, good customs and humanitarian principles

Depending on changes in the international trade environment and the different legal and regulatory requirements of the applicable destination countries, geographical product control policies may be implemented for different products in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the applicable countries.
